When you drive a taxi, you are dealing with people from all walks of life. This can be interesting and challenging. This course will help you to:

  • Describe what professionalism looks like
  • Identify ways to maintain a positive attitude and cope with stress
  • Use both verbal and non-verbal strategies to communicate effectively
  • Provide a safe and secure ride to customers with disabilities
  • Ensure the safety of yourself and your customers

This course will take you step-by-step through all the pieces you need to know in order to be a courteous, professional and safe taxi driver.

This course takes approximately three hours to complete. There are a total of four modules. You work through each module at your own pace.

Current taxi drivers can use this course to refine service and enhance customer loyalty.

Drivers beginning their career will learn customer service skills that can help them build their customer base, handle difficult interactions, and establish a loyal customer base.
