  • Increase your knowledge about adult learning.
  • How to design an effective training plan.
  • Enhance your evaluation methods.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Improve your coaching and feedback skills to reinforce what you're teaching.

In addition to building your knowledge skills and attitude, Facilitator Skills Development will provide you with the opportunity to practice what you learn.

Facilitator Skills Development consists of 24 hours in a classroom setting over 3 days:

Day 1: Facilitator Skills Development

Day 2: Service Best

Day 3: Participant presentations

Who is this course for?

In-house trainers, staff presenters, workshop or webinar presenters, and others responsible for leading instruction or professional development.

It is a requirement for every facilitator who delivers STEC training programs such as Service Best.
