This course is built upon the seven principles of adult learning. It complies with national occupational standards developed by Tourism HR Canada. These standards of knowledge and performance define competence that meet industry expectations in an occupation. Workplace Trainer is available as an interactive online course or as a classroom-based, multi-day workshop. The online course has been specially designed to provide interaction with a trained facilitator and coach, who will guide each participant through the course content and detailed assignments. The classroom workshop is available by special arrangement for groups or organizations. |
