Kim Wondrasek
Kim Wondrasek is the Business Development Manager for Suncrest College, where she brings more than a decade of experience in economic development and a lifelong passion for Saskatchewan’s tourism and community growth. Inspired by the province from a young age, Kim earned her National Certification in Visitor Reception Services early in her career, setting the stage for her ongoing commitment to regional development and community-building initiatives.
Throughout her career, Kim has gained extensive project experience and is known for her ability to inspire collaboration and share her enthusiasm for Saskatchewan’s people, communities, and opportunities. Her professional background includes ten years in the economic development field, serving in leadership roles such as Business Coordinator for Parkland College, Chief Executive Officer of the Saskatchewan East Enterprise Region, and General Manager of the Yellowhead Regional Economic Development Association.
In addition to her economic development work, Kim successfully built and operated a fuel business for ten years, demonstrating her entrepreneurial drive, practical business knowledge, and commitment to local service.
Kim’s dedication to community involvement is equally noteworthy. She co-chaired the new build project of the Langenburg Swimming Pool, guiding the initiative from concept to completion. She has served one term on the Town of Langenburg Council, contributed as a founding member of the Family & Friends Community Foundation Board of Directors, and continues to be an active participant in multiple community organizations.
Recognized for her leadership, energy, and deep appreciation for Saskatchewan, Kim remains committed to fostering strong communities, supporting regional growth, and championing opportunities across the province.
