Why Participate

New supervisors are often promoted because they are strong individual contributors, but leadership requires a different skill set. This workshop helps bridge that gap by giving participants practical tools early in their transition, building confidence and reducing avoidable mistakes.

In service-based businesses, frontline leadership directly affects employee engagement, retention, communication, and the customer experience. Foundational leadership training helps organizations build stronger supervisors who can support their teams, respond to pressure, and deliver consistent service.

  • Builds confidence and capability in first-time leaders
  • Improves communication, feedback, and conflict resolution across teams
  • Supports employee engagement and retention
  • Strengthens service quality and team consistency
  • Helps organizations prepare future leaders and supervisors for long-term success

Continue Learning with Virtual Micro-Modules

Participants can continue building their leadership skills through short, two-hour virtual micro-modules offered throughout the year. These sessions provide flexible opportunities to explore specific leadership topics in more depth without committing to a full-day program.

Add on modules include:

  • Leading through Change: Helps participants understand change resistance, communicate change clearly, and support team resilience during uncertainty.
  • Strengthening Team Dynamics: Builds healthier team interactions through feedback skills, conflict strategies, de-escalation, and clearer communication.
  • Teamwork Development: Strengthens communication, collaboration, role clarity, and day-to-day teamwork in fast-paced service environments.

Whether participants are new to leadership or strengthening a specific skill, the virtual micro-modules make continued learning manageable and practical. They are a useful option for refreshing concepts, supporting growth plans, or extending leadership development across a team.
