Tourism Development Program
The Tourism Development Program aims to encourage the creation of new purchasable experiential tourism product, the expansion of seasonal usage of existing tourism infrastructure, and/or the growth of core tourism business capacity for tourism businesses in the province.
Tourism Development Program
The Tourism Development Program is OPEN for applications and will remain OPEN until all funds have been committed.
This funding program assists market-ready Saskatchewan tourism businesses to expand and diversify by developing new tourism experiences, expanding seasonal operations and/or increasing their existing core business capacity.
This program is competitive and application-based. The maximum funding per applicant is $40,000. A minimum equity investment of 30 per cent of the total project cost is required by each applicant in the Experience Development stream, and 50 per cent of the total project cost for each applicant in the Expansion & Growth or the Winterization stream.
