Supervisor eLearning from Emerit delivers the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective supervisor in the Canadian tourism sector. Learning content is based on the Supervisor National Occupational Standards, which are developed in consultation with industry experts and practitioners and cover all aspects of working as a professional in the occupation.

Emerit Supervisor eLearning is divided into eight topics, covering the skills and knowledge required to be an effective supervisor in any tourism work environment. The eight topics are presented through 17 modules. Learners can explore all modules in sequence, or choose topics that cover areas where their skills and knowledge may need improvement.
