Drive for Success is a mobile-friendly course designed to equip taxi drivers, ride-share providers and shuttle drivers with the essential skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety of both passengers and drivers.

Drive for Success shows how you contribute to a positive and professional image of ride services in Saskatchewan and share passion for the important work you do. You can create a safer and more enjoyable transportation experience for all.

What you will learn

Drive for Success consists of three modules that you can complete in about two hours:

• Module 1 – Customer Service
• Module 2 – Safety
• Module 3 - Defensive Driving

Important Information

When you have completed all three modules and a short quiz, you will have access to your certificate of completion and Open Badge which you can share on social media.
