Sections feature advice on messaging and best practices throughout the stages of mitigating challenges, recovery efforts and building post-pandemic resilience. A set of guidelines for communications during each stage of the Re-Open Saskatchewan plan is also included.

The playbook offers tips on time management, a daily checklist and samples of posts that operators can customize to suit their own needs.
