All Saskatchewan employers are invited to apply to be recognized as Tourism Saskatchewan Employer of Choice by completing an audit of their property’s human resource practices. All you need to do is show that your property has solid and effective HR practices. You do not need to have an HR department to participate.

Information on Employer of Choice in 2021

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Employers of Choice in 2020 will keep their Employer of Choice designations through 2021. There will be no requirement for employee surveys or HR audits this year. We are not able to accept applications from new employers in 2021. Tourism Saskatchewan will launch a revised program for 2022 based on industry consultations over the past year.
