CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Tourism Saskatchewan is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Project Coordinator in the Saskatoon office. This position is responsible for administration and project coordination duties for the Workforce Development department, with primary focus on programs associated with recruitment of people to work within the tourism sector (Ready to Work program, other industry support programs, career awareness work).
Tourism Saskatchewan is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Accountant. This position is responsible for creation, compilation and review of various financial reports on weekly, monthly and annual schedules. Additional responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable processing, general ledger entries, reconciliations and ensuring compliance with relevant federal and provincial legislation. This position is also responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, public sector accounting, taxation legislation and regulations. This position also serves as a backup to the Senior Payroll Specialist as required.
Tourism Saskatchewan is looking for a well-organized and self-motivated individual to work in a team environment in the Visitor Services Centre. The position's main responsibilities include: handling requests for tourism information in Saskatchewan received by mail, telephone, email, Internet and live chat; handling and document complaints; assessing inquiries and providing necessary fulfilment; Gathering and updating data used for travel counselling; and performing sales transactions.
