This comprehensive course on effective customer service leadership is designed to empower individuals with the skills and strategies needed to lead and inspire high-performing customer service teams. Service Best Leader is available as a six-hour virtual course delivered live online by a facilitator.

This training session requires a minimum number of 6 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, the training will be cancelled, and a full refund will be provided to all registered participants. Notification will be issued in advance if this occurs.

If you need to cancel your registration, notify training@tourismsask.com no later than 5 business days prior to workshop. Refunds will not be made after that time.

Service Best Leader course completion certification is valid for five years.
