There is no prerequisite for Service Best. Participants have 30 days to complete the online course.
Multiple choice quiz: Participants complete a 25-question, multiple choice knowledge check, based on the course material. A mark of 80 per cent is required to pass. Individuals have three attempts to complete the exam.
The Service Best certificate is valid for five years.
