"Promoting from within" is the most effective way to fill critical job vacancies, retain valuable workers and build an energetic, motivated workforce. That is especially true at times of severe labour shortage, such as we are experiencing now.
The Leadership Essentials Series provides a collection of seven training topics chosen to prepare workers for career advancement. The series includes two online courses to create a customer-centric service culture and establish effective on-the-job coaching, plus five webinars providing guidance on developing authentic leadership, making the transition from peer to boss, creating psychologically safe work teams, building an inclusive work culture, and understanding communication, stress management and leadership.

February 1 to March 15, 2022
This program helps workplace trainers and supervisors understand the principles of adult learning; set and achieve training objectives; mentor and coach; and evaluate, reward and recognize performance. Time to complete: 24 hours of learning at your own pace. Includes personalized assignments and feedback.Service Best for Leaders – Online Course
Service Best for Leaders teaches practical and tested service leadership techniques to help supervisors and managers apply the competitive advantage of Service Best customer service techniques. Time to complete: 3 hours.
Myers Briggs Communication Styles, Stress Management and Leadership Strategies Workshop
February 2, 4 & February 15, 17, 2022
Presented by Jolene Watson, Clarity Coaching & Development. Includes Work Personality Index Leadership report and Type and Leadership book/guide. Each participant receives three reports and two books. Time to complete: two four-hour webinars. Maximum 20 participants.
