Service First is delivered as a half-day workshop for groups of up to 25 participants. Creating a service culture requires an investment in training to develop skills and to engage frontline staff, supervisors and managers in conversations about the importance of providing superior service. Courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism are essential to the success of tourism operations. The Service First workshop introduces tourism employees to the basics of customer service and helps to reinforce your organization’s commitment to creating an exceptional experience for visitors. It includes units on the value of tourism in Saskatchewan, being a professional, and customer service. |
