Sandra LeBarre
Mrs. Sandra LeBarre was born and raised in Saskatchewan. She grew up on a farm 8 kilometers west of Naicam, where her grandparents homesteaded. Her parents farmed until 1998 when Sandra and her husband, Bruce, took over the farm and are raising their two sons.
Sandra received diplomas from SIAST in Accounting, Administration and Marketing in Moose Jaw, SIAST certificates in Microcomputer Management and Web Design and Development. She has worked in various industries and was the Community Economic Development Officer for the Town of Naicam from 1999 to 2011. She is currently a Community Development Practitioner working with several groups in the Naicam area.
Sandra has served as Chairperson of East Central Saskatchewan Tourism Region, President of Saskatchewan Economic Development Association (SEDA), Vice-Chairperson of North East Regional Economic Development Association and Chairperson for Naicam Homecoming 2005 & 2010. She has also facilitated training for SEDA and Enterprise Saskatchewan Small Business Loans Program.
